The sole proprietorship named Stratation Design reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the file will be invoiced based on the price listed at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability.

Article 3 - Intellectual property

The models and files remain the intellectual property of the sole proprietorship named Stratation Design.

All the elements of the www.printablesextoys.com website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the sole proprietorship named Stratation Design. ny full or partial representation or reproduction made without the consent of the author or his successors in title is illegal and punishable under the laws relating to the offence of counterfeiting. The printing of our files has all been tested on a Creality Ender 3 Pro and a Creality CR10 Pro V2 3D printers. It is impossible for us to guarantee the quality of the printing that everyone will get on their own printer.

Article 10 - Liability

The files presented conform to current French legislation. The responsibility of the sole proprietorship named Stratation Design cannot be engaged in case of non-respect of the legislation of the country where the file is downloaded. It is up to you to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the files you plan to download.
